Tai Chi Flow is a dance of slow, graceful, and continuous movements, emphasizing mindfulness, balance and breath, promoting relaxation and overall well-being
Beginning each class with a focus, we will move to fabulous music, cultivating inner energy *chi* and preparing for a wonderful day or evening. 
You can experience this fabulous movement modality in your own space. No experience required!
